NEW DisableChangeViewerPriority	DWORD	If this value is 1, the users of the PC cannot change the priority of the viewers in the Meridian Enterprise client applications as described in the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise User's Guide. If this value is missing (default) or 0, the users can change the viewer priority normally.
